● Conducts EHS Induction of Workers & Employees, TBT & Job-specific training as per the Process
● Responsible for emergency arrangements e.g. Hospital tie-up, First Aid box, Ambulance, Firefighting equipment.
● Co-ordinates with EHS City lead to arrange MSDS of Hazardous Chemical & Test Certificate of Safety equipment & materials
● Co-ordinates with P.E & Client/PMC to arrange Labour welfare facility at site
● Implement and maintain EHS Standard at projects.
● Maintain the Project EHS documents.
● Ensures adherence of Permit to work system
● Prepares project-specific labor ID cards
● Implement and maintain an Emergency response system at site.
● Maintain Test certificates of tools & equipment, MSDS & water test report at site.
● Inspect all the Power tools & Scaffold, Ladder & other Safety equipment.
● Maintain Inspect checklist, TBT, Training, Induction, Observation, Debit, Note & warning letter in Safety file
● Preparing Close-out report of EHS Audit & NCR received from client/PMC
● Conducting a motivation programme at ongoing projects
● Updating EHS Activities.
● Conducting EHS meetings once in a week with site team.
● Conducting site safety walkthrough with project in-charge & contractor.
● Inspection of lifting equipment and maintains lifting equipment documents of lifting activity.
● Monitoring housekeeping on floor & Store
● Achieves the Zero Accident Goal
● Preparing Report of Incident/Accident with 24 hours.
● Preparing Report of Weekly & Monthly EHS Statistics
● Handover the EHS Documents to client/PMC as well as City Lead as per the process.
